  • The prices mentioned are per room, per night based on two guests per room, unless otherwise stated.
  • All rates include breakfast and use of Spa Woolness, excluding tax, unless otherwise stated or when packages booked.
  • Check-in is from 2:00 pm. Check-out is at 11.00 am (earlier check-in or late check-out possible upon request)
  • Children 0-3 free | children 4-6 € 20 | children 7-12 € 30 per room per night
  • Boutique Hotel Texel reserves the right to modify the room rates at any time
  • Pets only in the designated rooms €15 p.p.p.n.

Cancellations

If you make your booking directly at the hotel you always have the best conditions. Do you want to know why? 

If a reservation for just hotel accommodation, with or without breakfast, is made for one or more individuals, the following favourable conditions for cancellation are valid: 

Individual

Did you make a reservation directly at Boutique Hotel Texel the following favourable cancellation conditions are valid:  
Cancellation until 48 hours (2 days) before date of arrival is free. We herefore use the check-in time of 2.00 pm as basis. Did you make a reservation e.g. with arrival date 6 July, you may cancel or transfer your reservation without cost until the 4 July 2.00 pm. 

A cancellation is only valid as cancellation if cancelled by telephone or e-mail and confirmed by the hotel. 

In case of cancellation until 24 hours before date of arrival 50% will be charged, within 24 hours the charge is 100%.
These favourable cancellation conditions are not valid if booked through an agent. Then you have to contact the agent in case of cancellation.  

Group reservation
Group reservations are reservations for more than 6 persons or 4 rooms.  

A. In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the reserved date of arrival, the customer is not obliged to pay any money to the hotel. 
B. In case of cancellation more than 2 months before the reserved date of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 15% of the value of the reservation to the hotel. 
C. In case of cancellation more than 1 months before the reserved date of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the value of the reservation to the hotel. 
D. In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the reserved date of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the value of the reservation to the hotel. 
E. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the reserved date of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the value of the reservation to the hotel. 
F. In case of cancellation within 7 days before the reserved date of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the value of the reservation to the hotel. 

No Show
In case of no show the customer is always obliged to pay the complete value of the reservation to the hotel.
