COVID-19 & YOUR STAY AT BOUTIQUE HOTEL TEXEL

Do you have a reservation and are you unsure whether you should cancel it in advance?

We apply the following conditions:
 

1. The UVH applies to all our services. This means that you can change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival (2 days).
2. If you have a reservation for more than 4 rooms or 6 people, your reservation is subject to group reservations. See the group booking policy here.

 

We trust that we have been able to provide you with adequate information and we would of course like to welcome you on the island. If you have any questions or if there are any uncertainties as a result of mentioned above, you can always contact us.
 
Which measures apply to Texel?
At the request of the national government, Texel is taking measures in connection with the corona virus in the Netherlands:

 

The ferry service TESO requests vehicle occupants to stay in the vehicle as much as possible. Cyclists and pedestrians are asked to spread out in the salons as much as possible and to wear a mouth mask. Extensive hygiene measures have been taken on board. Museums and catering establishments are opend. Events have been canceled for the time being. Here you can find the most current corona measures on Texel.

Despite the measures taken by the government, you can stay carefree in our hotels. Your safety and health, and that of our employees, are central to this. We follow the guidelines of the RIVM and on this page you will find all information about the uniform measures taken.

The measures regarding the Corona virus (COVID-19) may have consequences for your stay at Boutique Hotel Texel. Of course, the safety of our employees and guests is our highest priority.

 

Measures at Boutique Hotel Texel

The starting point is the guidelines and recommendations of the RIVM. We assume that guests take their own responsibility with regard to the corona measures. We reserve the right to ask you for your corona ticket. Our employees have been given instructions on how to act under the coronavirus. There are additional protocols for cleaning and hygiene. If you experience (corona-related) complaints before or during your stay, you are advised to stay at home and cancel your reservation. The UVH apply to this. Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, after that a fee will be charged.

Check-in

• You can check in with us from 14:00. We ask you to keep your corona vaccination certificate, recovery certificate or negative certificate to hand. (no self test allowed)
• With a positive test result it is possible to cancel your stay up to 48 hours (2 days) before arrival. The regular cancellation conditions apply here, see here.
• Due to the current covid measures, we use adjusted opening hours. We thank you for your understanding.

Swimmingpool

Open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. up to 8 people max.

 

Spa

Open daily from 09:00 to 21:00 up to 8 people max.

Entrance is from 16 years and without swimwear.

 

• There is no need to make a reservation for the pool and spa.

 

• You can upgrade your reservation at the reception including entrance for € 25 p.p. (if this is not already included in your reservation). Unfortunately, our spa is currently only available to hotel guests.

 

• We ask you to keep the 1,5 meters in the spa and pool area. 8 people can be in the room at the same time.
