Can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel and/or change direct reservations free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival at 2:00 PM. You can email or call us about this. Reservations made through third parties must be canceled or changed via the relevant booking site.

Can I have an extra bed in my room?

Yes, an extra (baby) bed can be placed. There is an additional charge for each additional person in the room. This depends on age.

Please note that extra beds can only be added on request. Extra beds cannot be placed in our 'basic' 'comfort' or 'superior garden suite' rooms.


Are there disabled rooms available?

Yes, in the hotel we offer two disabled rooms. These fall under the type 'deluxe shower room with terrace'. We can place a shower stool and grab rail in the bathroom for extra comfort. To reserve this room, we ask you to contact us directly.

Are there age restrictions?

Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Minors should stay in the hotel with company of 18 years and older. The serving of alcoholic beverages is reserved for persons 18 years and older (with valid identification). Swimming pool entrance is from 12 years (unsupervised) and the wellness from 16 years.


Is the hotel suitable for families?

Do I have automatic access to the spa?

Direct bookings (website, telephone, email) have free access to the wellness. Did you indirectly book a room with us? Then you can add the spa to your booking for €25 per person. You can then use the spa during your entire stay


Which payment methods are accepted?

All common credit cards are accepted. At the hotel you can pay with debit card and cash. We do not accept €200 and €500 euro notes


What is the tourist tax and when must it be paid?

The touristtax in 2023 is €3.10 per person per night. With direct online bookings, you pay them immediately. Elsewhere bookings on departure.

You can book city bikes and E-bikes with your stay. A city bike is €13.50 an E-bike €26 per bike per day.

We can order children's bicycles, tandems, dog trailers and child seats from the bicycle rental company based on availability. These must be ordered at least one day in advance and can be requested at the reception.

Mountain bikes and (electric) cargo bikes can only be picked up at the Depots of Van der Linde in the koog and cannot be booked in advance due to travel restrictions. low availability.

The standard check-in time is from 2 pm. You can book an early check-in with your stay. You can then enter the room at 12:00. A surcharge of €20 applies for the early check-in

If you need to leave early, we can provide you with a packed breakfast. You can pay the bill at the reception the evening before.
