De massage is op maat gemaakt en opgebouwd vanuit een combinatie van o.a. strijkingen, yoga stretches, jointrelease, deep tissue massage technieken en energiewerk. Ter ondersteuning van fysiek, mentaal en energetisch herstel. 

Bij de volledige lichaamsmassage wordt lichaam en geest als één geheel gezien. 'Holos' is Grieks voor 'heel' en bij deze massage wordt niet alleen het lichamelijke, maar ook het emotionele, mentale en sociale evenwicht hersteld. Deze rustige en aandachtvolle massage zorgt voor ontspanning voor de spieren en zorgt ervoor dat je je hoofd kan leegmaken. 

De laatste 10 a 15 minuten van de sessie bestaat uit energiewerk (reiki)
