Are you not staying with us, but would you like to taste Gusta? The trip to Eijerland is an outing in itself. And that is also rewarded with delicious dishes fresh from our own land in our restaurant.

Our menu is in line with the principles of Dutch Cuisine. The Dutch cuisine is an organization that pays tribute to the Dutch kitchen and food culture. Their aim is to make healthy, tasty and sustainable food more accessible and attractive. We are proud participants of this initiative and with this we want to raise awareness to leave a better world behind. Cooking, buying and serving in a conscious way by getting as much as possible from close by. From which the basis of every dish is grown on our own farm; Potatoess, onions, carrots and beets. Supplemented with the ingredients of no less than 40 Texel companies to complete our menu from top to bottom. By cooking in a healthy, honest and versatile way, the kitchen brigade serves creative dishes in which we have found a balance between what walks on Texel soil, swims in the sea and flies in the air against all the delicious vegetables and herbs that the wild island has to offer. Putting Dutch cuisine back on the map together with the principles of Dutch Cuisine; Culture, Healthy, Nature, Quality and Value. Will you also contribute?
