Back to our roots, to the deeply rooted island lifestyle that we live for decates. Our roots which continues to thrive in our kitchen Gusta. Taste the authentic flavors of the island and experience a culinary journey with our chef’s signature dishes, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The foundation is built on products from our own farm—potatoes, beets, onions, carrots, and grains—carefully cultivated on our farm. Thanks to our close collaboration with local suppliers, as much as 80% of the ingredients come directly from the island.
